• Purpose: While Lag Bolts are for wood decks, these are for mounting railing posts into concrete, brick, or stone(like a porch or front steps).

• What’s inside: It looks like 4 expandable lead or steel shields and 4 bolts. When you tighten the bolt, the sleeve expands inside the hole you drilled into the concrete to lock the railing in place.

• Design: These have the matching black/dark finish to coordinate with the rest of the railing hardware you've listed today.
