This is a vintage wood tallboy dresser featuring a distinct transitional design bridging late Art Deco and early Mid-Century Modern styles (likely dating from the late 1930s to the 1950s). It showcases a beautiful book-matched wood veneer face on the drawers, a prominent reeded/fluted center accent on the top drawer split, and a matching reeded apron along the bottom base. The piece includes brass-toned aerodynamic loop handles and a decorative inlaid geometric band below the top drawer. The drawers utilize traditional dovetail joint construction, and the top surface shows heavy superficial scratching/wear consistent with age, making it an excellent candidate for a refinishing project.
