This is a Mimosa Networks Power over Ethernet (PoE) injector designed to provide data and power simultaneously to outdoor wireless networking equipment or access points over standard Ethernet cabling. The unit features a sleek white wall-mountable chassis with a "POWER" status LED indicator on the faceplate.
