Meat Thermometer

It features a durable clear glass probe with a red indicator liquid tube, mounted to a black aluminum faceplate with white printed temperature markings ranging from 140°F (Rare Beef) to 190°F (Poultry / Fresh Pork). The faceplate explicitly lists temperature targets for poultry, fresh pork, lamb, veal, cured pork, beef well, beef medium, tender ham, and rare beef, along with the instruction "ROAST Set Oven 325°". The faceplate displays the "Nevco JAPAN" maker's mark at the side. It shows light vintage patina on the metal hardware but remains fully intact.
