Good but old table - really long! It is 6 feet long without any of the three 20" inserts. It's also 47" wide. the two pedestals have casters. Throw a table cloth on it and you have something going!
It's a high-quality, traditional double-pedestal dining table (perhaps styled in the Duncan Phyfe or Queen Anne tradition). It is currently disassembled and upside down for storage/transport.
The Design: It features two substantial turned-wood pedestals, each splitting into sweeping legs equipped with classic brass casters (wheels). The tabletop has an elegant inlaid border edge line.The System: The table uses a heavy-duty wooden slide mechanism to expand. The brass table locks (visible on the edges in the photos) secure the sections together tightly so they don't drift apart.
Capacity: * Base size: 6 feet (72 inches) long by 47 inches wide.Fully extended size: With all three 20-inch inserts added, the table extends by another 60 inches, making it 11 feet (132 inches) long.This is a massive, highly versatile formal table capable of seating 6 people comfortably at its base size, and up to 12–14 people when fully extended.
