This charming antique porcelain serving plate features two integrated, open-loop handles and a delicate, scalloped edge. The central hand-painted transfer design depicts a pair of songbirds (resembling European Goldfinches) perched among blooming pink cherry blossoms or apple blossoms, framed by a soft blue background. The rim is decorated with a vibrant, blended purple-to-yellow airbrushed finish, classic of European porcelain from the late 19th to early 20th century. The reverse side features an oval, serrated-edge manufacturer's backstamp clearly reading "Germany."
