Americana folk-art framed print

This is a mid-century impressionist-style portrait painting/print featuring a wandering musician or troubadour carrying an acoustic guitar over his shoulder. He wears a wide-brimmed green hat adorned with a small yellow flower, a dark coat, and a draped scarf or cloak. The signature near the top center appears to read "M. Offenbach" or a similar mid-century decorative artist signature.
